Shipping 

All orders are shipped through Royal Mail Tracked. Orders are dispatched next day from when we receive the stock, with pre-orders it may take 2-4 weeks to arrive due to us not having the stock on hand. You also receive an email with tracking and daily order updates.

United Kingdom - 1-3 Days

Europe - 3-6 days

International - 5-10 days

All information entered on our website is secure through shopify. We do not have access to any personal details except from what is necessary in order to fulfil your order. Your data is not shared with any third party software's/people and is strictly confidential.  Our site is 100% secure using trust payment processors through Shopify and ShopPay accepting many different payment methods. If you have any concerns please contact us.

Refunds

You are only entitled to receive a refund/replacement if: (According to UK  Consumer Acts Right 2015)

-Your item is faulty

-It is lost in shipping

-Not as described 

-We may also allow refunds if you request it within 48 hours of ordering.

-For any other reasons you may contact us for a return/replacement which we will be happy to help with for example for another size.  However, you are not  entitled to a refund in this case.

By purchasing you agree to our policies and waiting times during pre-orders (2-4 weeks).
